On Our Own provides comprehensive behavioral support services tailored to K-12 students, including Functional Behavior Analysis (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and training for school staff to enhance student well-being and independence.
Who is part of your team?
Our dedicated team comprises highly qualified professionals, including our Director of Services, Director of Operations, a PsyD/BCBA, a second BCBA, and a Coordinator for One-to-One/Paraeducator services to ensure effective support. In addition, our team also includes highly trained and effective paraeducators and one-to-one aides who are the front-line difference-makers in the K-12 setting
