The Role: Building Independence

Our Paraeducators and One-to-One Aides are the core of our mission. You will be responsible for implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and academic support strategies under the supervision of our BCBAs.

Your Primary Focus:

​

  • Fostering Self-Sufficiency: Teaching students the skills needed to function independently in the classroom and transition successfully to future life stages.

​

  • Data Collection: Accurately collecting essential behavioral data that informs our clinical team and drives student success.

​

  • Positive Behavior Support: Applying evidence-based behavioral strategies to promote a positive and effective learning environment.

How to Apply

First - Confirm these Requirements are Met:

​

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): Applicants for this position must have a masters degree or higher, BCBA certification, and at least 3 years experience in the field.

​

  • Classroom Support Aide/Paraeducator:  High School Diploma/GED required, experience working with children in a classroom setting is preferred.
